1999 Society

Please join us in celebrating our 25th Anniversary and become a founding member of the 1999 Society by giving a one-time or recurring gift of $1,999, $199.90 or $19.99 this fiscal year. Your gift shows commitment to supporting our students, and confidence in the value of a Skaggs Catholic Center education. As a token of appreciation, families who donate to the 1999 Society will receive the opportunity to add a personal message or picture to the 50th Anniversary time capsule, to be opened in 25 years. Families who donate $199 or more will also receive a placard in JDCHS. Your donation today ensures we continue Mr. and Mrs. Skaggs’ remarkable vision for decades to come.

Annual Appeal

A campus-wide, year-long effort to raise funds for the operating costs of the schools at the Skaggs Catholic Center. Hundreds of Annual Appeal donations sustain or expand programs, train teachers in progressive instruction, and provide tuition assistance for families facing hardship—all to benefit today’s students and tomorrow’s alumni.

Corporate Giving

Many businesses match employee giving. Ask your employer for the forms. Juan Diego also applies to corporations and foundations for grants and in-kind goods, and partner businesses with academic programs. Contact Carrie Lentz at CarrieLentz@skaggscatholiccenter.org

Booster Banner Program

There is a co-branding opportunity with Juan Diego Catholic Schools through the Booster Banner campaign which markets sponsors with outdoor banners, and print advertising. Contact Nathan Tack, nathantack@skaggscatholiccenter.org, for more information on sponsor opportunities.

Memorial/Commemorative Fund

Donations may be made to celebrate a birthday, in honor of someone special, or in lieu of flowers for a loved one who has passed. A card will be sent to the family by the school.

Endowment/Legacy Funds

Endowments may be permanently restricted (with earnings rolling over each year to allow them to grow) or temporarily restricted (affording the school the option to draw down on earnings as well as the original principal). Families can build an endowment in their name for a specific purpose over the period in which their children were enrolled, leaving a legacy upon their graduation.

In-Kind Gifts

Donations of goods help cut costs. Contact us for our current wishlist and needs. Students also conduct periodic canned food and clothing drives for charity throughout the school year.
